  • The AP Series condenser removes the need for costly hoods and return air systems and saves energy and water during use by using cold water to cool a condenser coil. The AP series machines have been to designed to connect to cold water. Once the machine is up to temperature and operational, the condenser draws the steam out of the dishwasher and into the condenser. As the steam passes over the condenser coil, it cools and condenses, turns into water droplets and returns back to the dishwasher. All that is left is cool, dry air.   • The AP500 10amp is an under bench dishwasher in the Norris "AP Series". These machines have been specifically designed to solve the 3 key problems in a commercial kitchen: 1. Running out of hot water and having to wait for compliant temperature (this is a "connect to cold water" unit that is always ready!) 2. Waiting between cycles (this model has 2 minute, back-to-back wash cycles) 3. Reduces heat loss in delivery and only uses the power it needs - no need for your hot water system to heat away all day and night!
